MMA - Our Mixed Martial Arts programs include beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in Boxing, American Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Greco Roman and Freestyle Wrestling, Muay Thai, San Shou Kickboxing and MMA 101 and 201 classes. Whether your goal is to compete in specific disciplines or simply to utilize the workouts from a fitness stand point, you will achieve peak conditioning when training by way of MMA. Our experienced instructors conduct scheduled classes along with also providing one on one personal training sessions which will assist in giving you that EDGE you need to be your best.

Our MMA training area includes 14 different types of striking bags, throw dummies, grappling dummies, 5 rope MMA ring, combo grappling mats and all necessary gear for the beginners to get started. All of our MMA equipment is BRAND NEW!

Group Fitness - Our Group Fitness classes include Yoga, HOT Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates, Kripala Yoga, Step and Tone, Fusion, Strength Ball, Total Body Conditioning, Step Intervals, Double Bench Blast and 20/20/20.

With our Group Fitness classes you will find new sources of energy that will motivate you to make lifestyle changes. We believe the combination of exercise, education, and relaxation is a necessity to your health and well-being.

Our Group Fitness Studio is isolated from all other areas in our facility. The beautiful oak vinyl flooring, mirrored walls and 20′ high ceiling give you feeling of true freedom to explore all avenues of Group Fitness. All of our Group Fitness equipment is BRAND NEW TOO!

Weight Training / Cardiovascular Equipment - Our Weight Training and Cardiovascular Equipment are also integral parts of our fitness facility. We incorporate our Weight Training and Cardiovascular Equipment with our MMA and Group Fitness classes.

Our “In House” Personal Trainers also practice activity and sport specific training. We will gear your work outs towards your specific goals and needs.  Our Weight Training area is fully furnished with Legend Fitness weight training equipment. Legend Fitness has outfitted many professional football teams and also some of the largest fitness facilities in the USA.

Our Cardio Vascular area is furnished with Life Fitness equipment. Life Fitness is considered by many to be the top of the line in cardiovascular equipment. Needless to say…..All of our Weight Training and Cardiovascular Equipment is BRAND NEW TOO!
